I’m a Reiki Master, intuitive practitioner, and the founder of MoonStone Studio.

My path to this work certainly wasn’t through ease or perfection, it was through healing. Like many of the women I work with, I’ve experienced burnout, grief, trauma, chronic health issues, loss, and the exhaustion that comes from spending years caring for everyone else before myself. Reiki became one of the tools that helped me reconnect with my body, my intuition, and my own inner wisdom. Reiki helps me remember who I truly am.

Today, I offer Reiki as a gentle, supportive practice that helps create space for rest, regulation, and self-connection. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and client-centered. Rather than positioning myself as someone who has all the answers, I see my role as creating a safe container where you can reconnect with your own.

I believe healing is inherently relational. While my role is to hold space and offer Reiki, I don’t see myself as someone who heals others. Rather, I see healing as something that emerges through presence, participation, and our shared humanity.
