What a practice in associating with one’s body! We are constantly disassociating from our bodies- distracted by work/day to day life- we rarely actually listen to what our body is telling us. An hour in Erin’s studio will bring you back to your body in the best way. I’d never done reiki before today & am a total convert. Erin’s space is very cozy & calming, and her touch is very gentle & intuitive. The bath & body products she makes & sells inspired by goddesses & each has its own characteristics to consider. I had some body oil & shower bombs prior to my session today, and use them often; I plan to continue using them between sessions to remind me to return & listen to my body.
